Biography

Rochelle began as a sculptor working in clay and mixed media until she fell in love with the versatile practice of jewelry. The small scale, ornamental aspects, and its relation to the body, combined with the durability of wax sculpting and design challenges of the practice have made it a staple in her design practice.

She was admitted to the Rhode Island School of Design's Jewelry + Metalsmithing Bachelor of Fine Arts Program, with a concentration in Global Processes (History Philosophy + Social Sciences Department). Unfortunately, she had to leave the program after two years due to financial constraints.

She is based in Mountain View, California attending De Anza College with the intention of transferring to SJSU for a BS in Industrial Design with a Minor in Business Administration

She is currently the Shipping Administrator of Hautebutch, a California-based clothing company that designs masculine clothing that transcends gender, and a Media and Arts intern at UC Davis' Bulosan Center for Filipino Studies.
